Every day this week, the guys of One Direction have been dangling teasers in front of us for their upcoming music video, Night Changes, like it’s a piece of meat. And let me be the first to say… I want a taste of it!
On Sunday, Zayn stole our hearts while handing “us” a bouquet of flowers and enjoying a romantic dinner for just the two of us.
Then, on Monday, Louis took us on a romantic stroll alongside the riverfront, while looking oh so dapper with his hair slicked back and wearing a trench coat.
And for those of us who are barring this wintry weather today, Niall warms us up on a very quant date. While sitting next to a fire, Niall prepares hot chocolate for two, while snuggling up to an adorable puppy.
…Be still our hearts!
Night Changes is set to premiere Friday, so just imagine how absolutely perfect our dates will be with Liam and Harry.
The suspense is killing me! Which teaser is your favorite thus far? Leave a comment below letting us know!
Zayn Malik, one fifth of mega band, One Direction, made headlines last night after tweeting #Free Palestine to his 13 million followers. The Muslim-raised singer, usually quiet on the social media front, tweeted his support on the eve of Eid, which marks the end of a month long fast of Ramadan.
Malik’s tweet was retweeted over 150 thousand times and was met with both positive and negative responses from all over the internet. Several celebrities have tweeted their support for Palestine in the past few weeks, only to have it taken down within minutes. As of time of press, his tweet still remains.
It’s been three years since SBTRKT, London producer Aaron Jerome, released his debut self-titled LP. He’s back with some fresh tracks, dropping “New Dorp, New York,” featuring vocals from Grammy award winning artist Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend.
The track is a strange little bop; completely organized mechanical funk. The track is full of surprises through each measure. It’s a daring single, leaving me guessing about how the upcoming album is going to sound like.
An official release date for this sophomore album, Wonder Where We Land, was announced for September 20th on Annie Mac.
Yesterday the One Direction hottie, Liam Payne, sent the internet into a tizzy, when the pop singer posted what seemed to be a full frontal nude picture on his Instagram! His goods were pixelated, but it left quite an impression. He joked with the caption, “damn, that was my last pair”.
Within minutes, #UNCENSORITLIAM, became a worldwide trend that lasted for hours, as fans tried to convince Liam to post an uncensored version. The 20 year old prankster eventually responded with the unedited version, which (sadly for fans) revealed that he was indeed wearing boxers.
Despite the boxers, fans seemed to appreciate the view of the brown eyed cutie. Maybe next time!
Liam and the rest of his band mates are set to embark on their 2 month North American tour, this weekend.
Scandinavian powerhouse pop collaborators Robyn and Royksopp have released a brand new official music video for their latest single, “Do It Again.”
In collaboration with Danish filmmaker Martin de Thurah, the beautifully crafted black and white short film depicts various scenes of characters battling through the midst of a budding political revolution, throttling the viewer through a range of emotions: fear, lust, defeat, and resistance.
Justin Timberlake has done it again… he stole our hearts by proving that love is definitely ‘Not a Bad Thing’ after all.
After asking his fans to send in their very own love stories to #NotaBadLoveStory, he turned those stories into yet another swooning music video for his hit single ‘Not a Bad Thing.’ And the end results were nothing less then perfection.
“Guys, thank you for sharing all your love stories and showing me a million reasons why love is not a bad thing,” is how the 33-year-old introduces the video. “This is for you.”
Take a look at the video and see how JT celebrates the different types of love.
The UK’s pop princess, Cheryl Cole, has released her much highly anticipated single “Crazy, Stupid, Love” to UK radio today. The single features Tinie Tempah on the track and from the sounds of it, it’s going to be a huge contender for summer song of the year. It’s catchy, and heavy with a lot of clapping and saxophone, similar to a lot of the latest trends happening in pop music today. Take a listen here and let us know how you feel:
